About

The Role

The Senior Accounts Executive provides advanced coordination and support for complex accounting operations. This role involves leading coordination efforts across multiple teams, managing complex projects, and serving as a senior resource for accounting processes. The position requires extensive experience in accounting operations and the ability to work independently while coordinating with various stakeholders.

How You Will Make An Impact

Lead coordination of complex accounting projects
Oversee month-end close coordination across divisions
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate complex reconciliation processes
Lead process improvement initiatives
Train and mentor junior coordinators
Prepare advanced financial analysis and reports
Coordinate audit activities and responses
Manage accounting system implementations
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Support management with special projects
Drive efficiency in accounting operations

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
4-6 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong project management and coordination skills
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles
Expert-level Excel and system skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proven ability to manage complex processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with process improvement
Ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with high accuracy
Experience training others
