Responsible for acquiring the goods, services and raw materials necessary to guarantee the Production Operation, as well as the correct administration of the and the maintenance and updating in its entirety of the parameters of the inventory level, through a robust supply system MRP system of the components under its responsibility.

Authorized to evaluate quotes from different suppliers and make decisions of who to order with; and submit them for approval, responsible for the analysis and justification of the PPV'S report.

What you will do

* Guarantee the supply of Raw Material to the Production Lines on time and with the level of Quality Required by the standards to avoid problems in the Manufacturing Process to comply with the CRD

* Ensure that Planners are signing Production Plans 6 to 12 rolling weeks to ensure timely ordering of necessary supplies and services

* Monitor exception reporting and send weekly "Molex Open Orders" to obtain status of each open order with the supplier and act as pertinent

* Manage the life span of raw materials, acquiring the appropriate levels of inventory by analyzing demand and consumption before making purchase commitments, to avoid excess inventory

* Ensure the correct parameters in the MRP system for all raw materials in your charge, and ensure proper ordering patterns to avoid inventory shortages

* Ensure proper tracking of non-conforming raw materials by obtaining return authorization and following up with suppliers until the root cause of the defect is found to ensure future conforming deliveries

* Make the calculation of the appropriate levels of materials and together with the warehouse calculate the space required by the raw materials that will be used in the processes. To avoid overaccumulation of materials

* Ensure that manufacturing orders are with Zero Raw Material Shorts in the CTB Process at new product introductions

* Administration, Handling and Execution of Action and Exception Messages for Purchase Materials

* Monitoring of Inventory Levels to ensure the manufacturing process, as well as the inventory turns that the organization establishes as a goal

* Ensure the administration, creation and monitoring of the purchase orders of the raw materials required by the master plans of the program in their charge until the arrival of the material

* Ensure the closure of non-conformities in the accounts payable system, to avoid possible blocking our suppliers' accounts

* Coordinate with the transportation department the shipments of material and follow up on all stages of transportation until receipt of the material in the Manufacturing plant

* Understand, support and contribute to compliance with the PBM Philosophy, the different Quality Management standards in which the company is certified, in Safety and Hygiene, in environmental management systems, Six Sigma, RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) and CTPAT/OAS following the established policies and procedures

* Perform related or complementary work related to their functions.

* Support in compliance with the guidelines of CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator)

Who You Are

* University Degree Administration/Engineering

* 3 years minimum of relevant experience in a relevant field

* Experience in the aerospace sector

* Advanced English

* SAP
