- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Seven or more years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
- Experience with SaaS/IaaS product release and/or Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous readiness experience highly desired
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and lead teams effectively
