Saunders Staffing Agency is seeking a visionary and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to join the nursing management team at a hospital in Nogales, Arizona. As a member of the nursing management team, you will be responsible for:

• Operational Orchestration: Masterfully orchestrate daily procedures, ensuring seamless coordination and administrative functioning.
• Team Leadership & Staffing: Cultivate a well-staffed, engaged team, playing a key role in the selection, development, and support of talented staff across departments.
• Quality & Productivity: Champion productivity and cost-effective practices while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Compliance & Policy: Uphold all hospital policies and regulatory standards (e.g., Title 22, Nurse Practice Act), while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively and comprehensively address all concerns, ranging from QA initiatives to direct patient feedback.
• Resource Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.

Work Schedule: A typical work schedule will consist of five 8-hour shifts, functioning administratively and providing staffing support as needed.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration is required.
• Experience (Clinical): Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery is required.
• Experience (Leadership): Minimum of 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience is required.

• Mandatory: Possess a current and valid Arizona RN licensure

• Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $25,000 annual bonus potential.
• Relocation Assistance: Robust relocation assistance of up to $8,000

• Travel Stipend: Candidates traveling more than 60 miles one way to the hospital are eligible for a $60 per day travel stipend
