Overview
Tom Wood Nissan, in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a Service to Sales Customer Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and highly organized to create a seamless and customer-focused experience for each guest.
Responsibilities- Engage with Service Customers:
Build and maintain relationships with customers who visit the service department, including greeting customers and providing excellent customer service. - Identify Sales Opportunities:
Actively listen to customers’ needs and identify potential sales opportunities, offering them information about available vehicles, promotions, and financing options. - Follow-Up:
Develop and maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads from service to sales, including making calls, sending emails, and following up with customers on their vehicle purchase interests. - Collaborate with Service and Sales Teams:
Work closely with service advisors and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers considering a vehicle purchase. - Customer
Education:
Educate customers on Nissan vehicles, dealership promotions, and financing options, ensuring they are well-informed about their purchasing options. - Track and Report Progress:
Maintain records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups, and report progress to management regularly. - Achieve Sales Goals:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and lead generation targets.
- Strong Communication
Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, both in person and over the phone. - Goal-Oriented:
Must be self-motivated and capable of meeting and exceeding targets. - Customer-Focused:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. - Organizational
Skills:
Able to manage multiple customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales opportunities efficiently. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Docs). - Valid Driver's License:
Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
