Our goal is to have an agent partner with us to enable us to support their sales of Medicare, life, and Annuity products.

Job Duties:

*** Work as part of our sales team to drive recruitment of insurance agents
* Call agents to generate interest in working with FMOs
* Shares the selling points of our organization
* Connects prospective agent to a marketer for future service
* Uses popular telemarketing tools
* Attends company provided training
* Meets or exceeds monthly call contacts

Qualifications and Skills:

*** Communicates effectively on the phone.
* Uses phone etiquette best practices
* Learns about new products or services quickly.
* Works well independently as well as with a team and is good at time management.
* Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
* Ability to consistently multi-task, prioritize and be pro-active on phone calls with agents.

* Education and Experience Requirements:

*** A high school diploma or equivalent.
