The Associate Lead supports management in store operations to ensure a great customer experience and maximize profitability. Responsibilities include sales, register transactions, and team support.

• Enhance customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Handle operational tasks such as cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties.
• Monitor and motivate sales associates, review performance, and provide coaching.
• Maintain awareness of customer needs and security protocols.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and merchandise presentation standards.
• Support inventory management and supplies dispatch.
• Supervise sales staff, manage schedules, and ensure proper store coverage.
• Model sales techniques, recommend products, and build customer relationships.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store setup.
• Assist in staff development through KPI analysis and coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the district.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Physical ability to operate in a retail environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
