This facility is seeking a Vascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

8 Hours Per Day between 8:00a-5:30p, 1-Hour Unpaid Lunch - Practice Setting:
Vascular Clinic - Types of Cases:
Pre-Op and Post-Op Vascular Surgery Patients In The Outpatient Vascular Clinic - Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 Days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Certifications
Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Licensure
Required:
Active Indiana State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
