About the Luxury Pergola
The Luxury Pergola is a family‑owned manufacturer with our factory and offices under one roof in Noblesville, Indiana, designing and producing premium, commercial‑grade pergola kits. We’re a small but fast‑growing company with a strong focus on data‑driven decision making, continuous improvement, and thoughtful experimentation in a results‑driven culture with a distinctly non‑corporate feel.
We give people real ownership over their work. There is significant autonomy, room to experiment, and freedom to figure out how to get things done, paired with clear expectations and responsibility for results. Feedback here is direct, honest, and constructive. Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities, but accountability matters, and performance is taken seriously.
The pace is focused but sustainable. People work hard during the day, wins are recognized publicly, and there’s genuine camaraderie in the office. The workday runs from 8:30–5:00 and punctuality matters, but when it’s time to go home, you’re expected to do so.
About the RoleThe Marketing Coordinator, Digital Advertising is an entry‑level role (0–2 years of experience) ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience across digital marketing disciplines, especially digital advertising, SEO, content, and campaign execution.
This is not a narrow role. Like many positions in a growing company, it’s a little bit of everything. You’ll receive training, guidance, and support, but we’re looking for someone who’s excited to take off the training wheels, own projects, and learn by doing.
If you don’t check every box yet, that’s okay. We’re not looking for a unicorn. We’re happy to teach what you don’t know as long as you’re curious, motivated, and ready to grow. This role is ideal for someone who values a mentor/mentee relationship with their manager. We’ve got your back, but we want someone who wants to figure things out and make things better.
This role is a great opportunity for professional growth for someone early in their marketing career who wants real responsibility, real mentorship, and the chance to build skills across multiple digital channels.
