The company offers solutions such as fluid separation for metalworking and manufacturing, industrial fluid control, plant process optimization, corn oil extraction, and oil flow optimization.

We are seeking an Entry Level Shop Technician in Noblesville, IN. The role is responsible for day‑to‑day cleaning activities around machining, parts, and tooling.

Salaries range from $20 to $22 per hour, guaranteed 40 hours per week.

• Document and perform equipment repairs, cleaning, preventive maintenance, calibration, and complete all required paperwork.
• Maintain service logs on equipment.
• Hand cleaning, polishing, sand blasting, and soaking.
• Local pickup and delivery of parts and equipment as needed.
• Help maintain work areas and machinery to assure proper and safe working atmospheres.
• Perform other related duties or special projects as required.
• Comply with all aspects of the Trucent safety program, including hazard communication, PPE requirements, and attending quarterly safety training.
• Fill in for vacations, emergency services, etc.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance and/or inventory management.

• Good personal communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• General knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision.
• Basic reading, writing, and speaking.
• Basic arithmetic skills and understanding of specifications, blueprints, manuals, and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to apply rational principles to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
