Position: Facilities Engineer (Equipment Specialist)

Facilities Engineer (Equipment Specialist)

Yoh is hiring a Facilities Engineer (Equipment Specialist) for our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing client in Noblesville, Indiana.

Job Requirements
  • Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Practical expertise with cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals and devices
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing including:
  • Aseptic Processing Experience with in Grade A isolators
  • Automated Visual Inspection Equipment
  • Experience updating procedures, preventative maintenance task, or other quality reviewed documentation
  • Experience troubleshooting equipment that is not performing as intended
  • Install and qualify/validate manufacturing related equipment and software
  • Resolve issues that arise in day to day running of operation and providing timely responses and solutions
  • Function closely with operations personnel to understand their interaction with equipment and resolve issues they face
  • Participate and/or support process FMEAs to understand process and product risks
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing activities
  • Support filling equipment, formulation process, visual inspection equipment, and/or labeling process
  • Support operations through standard operating procedure revision
Requirements / Education
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering field or Life Sciences with 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices c(GMP) and applicable Quality System Standards preferred
  • Effectively adjusts to changes and deals effectively with uncertainties in the workplace
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification Preferred
  • Related experience may also be considered such as drug substance manufacturing, aseptic filling of food and beverage products, high speed automated packaging experience, experience implementing changes within an manufacturing environment
Compensation

Estimated Min Rate
: $35.00
Estimated Max Rate
: $40.00
