Schedule:
- Rotating schedule of three 12‑hour shifts per week
- Shift times may include 7:45 AM–8:15 PM or 7:15 AM–6:45 PM (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
This role supports a primary care facility located on the north side of Indianapolis. The office operates seven days a week and requires someone who excels in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable navigating evolving and unexpected challenges. The ideal candidate is patient‑focused, adaptable, and committed to delivering compassionate, high‑quality service.

- Clearly explain processes, procedures, and next steps to patients
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills to address patient needs
- Follow detailed and stringent clinical and administrative protocols
- Respond to patient inquiries by phone and email
- Determine appropriate solutions while adhering to organizational guidelines
- Coordinate issue resolution with other departments as needed
- Collect and enter patient demographic and billing information
- Assist with scheduling and database updates
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Critical thinking and sound judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast‑paced setting
- Customer service experience (especially in high volume/fast-paced settings).
- Medical office, or insurance experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- No experience required (training provided)
- Knowledge of medical terminology or medical coding preferred
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Basic working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate multiple systems
