Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm

D) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An independent retail pharmacy is seeking a part-time or PRN staff pharmacist to provide essential support in a low-volume, patient-focused environment. This position offers approximately 20 hours per week with flexible shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM or 12 PM to 8 PM, designed to accommodate work-life balance while delivering excellent pharmacy care.

Location:

• Noblesville, IN (with pharmacy operations near Indianapolis)

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify prescription orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage incoming phone calls and address patient or prescriber inquiries
• Collaborate with pharmacy technician to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain compliance with state pharmacy laws and company policies
• Provide friendly customer service to primarily delivery patients, with occasional walk-in encounters

Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Indiana pharmacist license required
• Prior retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Familiarity with Pioneer
  
  RX system is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Local candidates are preferred to facilitate consistent coverage

This contract assignment is expected to last 13+ weeks, starting within 23 weeks from hire date. The pharmacy dispenses roughly 200 prescriptions daily, supported by a team of one technician and one pharmacist.
