An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the affiliated doctor operates the doctor’s office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, responsibilities and practice details include:

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients
• Work within the full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Collaborate on flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or added hours to an existing practice schedule
• Utilize a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many offices use Clarifye digital eye examination technology
• Access to on-site technologies such as the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System with support staff
• Maintain an automated online appointment book and patient recall system
