Job Description- Full Time
- Flexible Schedule — 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays.
- Shared call with other regionally based offices, 1–2 weeks per year; nurse triage handles the vast majority of calls
- 100% Outpatient
- Procedures can include but are not limited to: simple skin surgery, sports medicine, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUDs, etc.

Responsibilities: Primary Care Physician to offer comprehensive healthcare services to a broad range of patients of all ages. This clinician will establish and care for a panel derived from the diverse population of Noblesville, Indiana and the surrounding areas. The clinician will have measurable quality-based data to improve the health of their patient panel and deliver on the IU Health mission to make Indiana one of the healthiest states in the nation.
