Infertility Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat a wide range of infertility and reproductive disorders in men and women.
Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments, including hormonal evaluations, imaging, and diagnostic procedures.
Develop individualized treatment plans using assisted reproductive technologies like IVF, ICSI, and IUI.
Perform procedures such as ovulation induction, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and fertility preservation.
Monitor patients' responses to treatments and adjust protocols as necessary.
Counsel patients and couples on fertility options, success rates, and potential risks.
Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
Stay updated with latest advancements in reproductive medicine and participate in research and training.
Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.
Educate patients on lifestyle changes and preventive care to improve reproductive health.

Qualifications & Skills:

MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology with specialized training (DNB/Fellowship) in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Valid medical license and registration.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in infertility treatment and assisted reproductive technologies.
In-depth knowledge of reproductive physiology, ART procedures, and infertility diagnostics.
Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
