Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong Excel skills to support data reporting and management information systems. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, reports, and dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

- BE / BTech only (no other qualifications will be considered)
- Minimum 75% aggregate throughout academics (mandatory)
- Freshers can apply if the above criteria are met

Skill Requirements

- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- IF formulas
- Data validation and conditional formatting
- Charts and basic dashboards
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Power Point
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to accuracy and detail

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Compile data from multiple departments and ensure accuracy
- Maintain trackers, databases, and reporting dashboards
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and exceptions
- Support management with timely and reliable reports
- Ensure data confidentiality and proper documentation
