Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience:
2-3 years acute care hospital setting, preferred - Required
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, required - License:
Current RN License in the state of employment required - Education :
Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing, minimum required - Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) at hire date, or within 90 days (about 3 months) of hire

Education:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, required
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing, minimum required
- 2-3 years acute care hospital setting, preferred.
- Care Management or Utilization Management experience, preferred
• Current License in the state of employment, required Certifications:
- BLS (CPR) at hire date, required, or within 90 days of hire
- Certification in Case Management, Preferred
