Job Summary: Join our dedicated team as a Facilities Management Technician IV focused on providing exceptional experiences for clients and employees. This role is about maintaining high standards across all properties and assets while working independently or as part of a collaborative team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are safe, efficient, and well‑maintained. As a Facilities Management Technician IV, you will perform a variety of essential functions to support our properties, ensuring that operational guidelines are met and exceeded. This role requires attention to safety, regular inspections, and proactive maintenance to enhance overall facility performance.

- Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs.
- Complete all work orders in a timely manner and monitor the work order system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet their specific needs.
- Train and mentor new maintenance staff.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in facilities maintenance.
- Conduct all work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety procedures and using required safety equipment.
- Be available on‑call and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Facilities Leadership Team.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a maintenance‑related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in leadership preferred.
- Possess a background in construction.
- Successful completion of a background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
- Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
- ADA Consideration – Sedentary work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects. - Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift.
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
