We are located at 1538 N Old Castle Rd, Nixa, Missouri 65714. Position Type:
Part Tim.

Starting wage: $17-$18 per hour.

• Week 1:
  Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7pm‑11pm
• Week 2:
  Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7pm‑11pm

• Advocate of Empathy – create human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments.

• Proactive – assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident data.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist with sitting, standing, walking, and after‑fall assistance.
• Criminal background check required.
