• Provide care partnership by serving residents with empathy and creating human connections during vulnerable moments.
• Be present, share talents, and be someone colleagues can rely on.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment through dedicated work, teamwork, and community engagement.
• Be curious and engaged in development, growth, and training within the organization.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Support residents with mobility and safety, including sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance.

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for caring for residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance.
• Criminal background clearance.
