Schedule:
Week 1 – Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday;
Week 2 – Monday/Saturday/Sunday - Shift: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Location:
The Castlewood Senior Living, 1538 N Old Castle Rd, Nixa, Missouri 65714
- Provide care partnership by serving residents with empathy and creating human connections during vulnerable moments.
- Be present, share talents, and be someone colleagues can rely on.
- Create an inclusive and positive environment through dedicated work, teamwork, and community engagement.
- Be curious and engaged in development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Support residents with mobility and safety, including sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance.
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for caring for residents.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance.
- Criminal background clearance.
