Retail Inventory Associate – Driver
Starting Wage: $15.00 - $17.00
Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

- Transport team members to and from inventory events safely and on time.
- Adhere to traffic laws, WIS driver safety requirements, and conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity-based wage increases.

- At least 21 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is desired.
- No inventory experience is acceptable; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

- Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings and late nights.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking, use both hands for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
