ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Some managers also lead departments, creating responsibility for:
- Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results.
Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
- Proper execution of sales promotions.
- Training staff in service procedures.
- Maintaining organization of Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities include:
- Delivering high‑quality food quickly.
- Ensuring food safety and cost control.
- Training kitchen staff in production procedures.
People Department Manager responsibilities include:
- Hiring qualified crew, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals.
- Providing positive onboarding and recognition.
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule.
- Enthusiastic about fast‑paced environment; 18 years or older required.
- 15-25 days paid vacation.
