Scale Administrator

United Talent is immediately hiring a Scale Administrator for a company in Nitro WV!

• Greet incoming customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
• Collect and verify all required information to initiate transactions
• Accurately process transactions within the computer system
• Ensure all inbound and outbound loads are weighed correctly and properly identified
• Process customer payments in accordance with company procedures
• Prepare and process shipping orders to fulfill contractual requirements
• Assist with ad hoc reports, basic accounting, and record filing
• Collaborate with logistics to input transportation requests into dispatch software
• Perform general office duties, including answering phones, maintaining office supplies, as well as transactional data entry

Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:15pm, Saturday from 7:30am – 11:30am. Pay is 1 per hour.

• Pleasant, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness
• Prior experience with AMCS software is a plus
