Security Officer - Flex Retail

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances and/or exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disorderly persons, medical situations, and/or alarm activations as directed by post orders;
Monitor activity in and around the location, report suspicious behavior, and complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation;
Support store operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and/or assistance to customers, and coordinating with on-site management and local public services when needed
