This is an on‑site role located in Niles, MI, for a Crew Member at M.A.A.C. Property Services. The Crew Member will execute a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks, such as landscaping, lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging), snow and ice removal, and debris clean‑up, ensuring client properties are in excellent condition. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and effectively.

This is a hands‑on role that may require physical labor in various weather conditions.

• Experience with landscaping, groundskeeping, or operating lawn care equipment such as mowers, edgers, and trimmers
• Familiarity with proper handling of tools and equipment, including basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to work safely in various outdoor weather conditions and follow safety protocols
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively carry out tasks with other crew members
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
• Experience with snow removal equipment is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the work location are preferred
