Applies prepared coatings to customer’s parts according to customer specifications. Reports to the Plant Manager.

• Maintains spray guns, air hoses, and other equipment.
• Reads process sheets to determine customer specifications, i.e., coating to be used, thickness, and type of application.
• Inspects parts before coating process.
• Applies coating to parts using appropriate spray gun, material and application method as they move down the line.
• Inspects parts after coating process.
• Responsible for checking quality of work to ensure it meets the customer's expectations.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Works overtime as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent or six months to one-year related experience.
• Flexible to changing responsibilities/priorities.
• Reading comprehension skills required.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
• Frequently moves parts/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. across work area.
