Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM

  Expect 45-50 hours/week

Starting Pay Range:

• $25-$35/hr.+ (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

This is not a "button-pusher" role. This is precision machining for mission-critical industries.

• Perform CNC machining operations on lathes, grinders, or Swiss machines
• Run set-ups (typically 1 setup per week)
• Make G & M code edits as needed
• Perform dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.
• Read and interpret precision aerospace-level blueprints
• Maintain extremely tight tolerances and quality standards
• Work within a clean, climate-controlled, high-performance environment
• Communicate clearly with leadership; ask questions, engage, and problem-solve

Required Experience

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

• CNC Lathe
• Grinding
• Swiss machining (always considered)
• Strong inspection and measurement ability
• Ability to hold extremely tight tolerances
• Solid blueprint reading skills
• Mechanical aptitude and high accountability
• Desire to work in a disciplined, high-standard manufacturing culture

Preferred Industry Backgrounds:

• Aerospace machining
• Precision machining shops
