Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, and manage the finance and insurance staff in the dealership.

Establish and maintain strong relations with lenders; prepare and mail all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders.

Build positive relationships with customers by presenting products and services, assessing their financing needs, exploring payment options, and offering additional aftermarket products.

Secure and finalize finance and insurance transactions legally and ethically, ensuring high productivity and secure cash handling (the person is 100% responsible for cash management).

Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to transactions and submit promptly to the Accounting Department.

Enhance customer satisfaction throughout the purchase experience.

Job Requirements:

Successful candidates should be proficient with title laws and the registration process, ensuring all deals comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Additional Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; an advanced degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a finance and insurance role within an active automotive dealership.
Experience managing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance with state and local regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite; knowledge of ADP is preferred.
