Job Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and manage the finance and insurance staff in the dealership.
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with lenders; prepare and mail all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by presenting products and services, assessing their financing needs, exploring payment options, and offering additional aftermarket products.
  • Secure and finalize finance and insurance transactions legally and ethically, ensuring high productivity and secure cash handling (the person is 100% responsible for cash management).
  • Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to transactions and submit promptly to the Accounting Department.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction throughout the purchase experience.
  • Job Requirements:

    Successful candidates should be proficient with title laws and the registration process, ensuring all deals comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

    Additional Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; an advanced degree is preferred.
    • Proven experience in a finance and insurance role within an active automotive dealership.
    • Experience managing profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance with state and local regulations.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
    • Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite; knowledge of ADP is preferred.
