This is a full-time, on-site Fleet Sales role based in Niles, IL. The Fleet Sales Professional will be responsible for managing the sales process for fleet vehicles, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying client needs, providing consultative sales support, and managing communications to achieve sales goals and meet customer expectations.

• Strong expertise in Fleet Sales and Sales Processes
• Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
