Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These roles involve directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, handling cash management, or ensuring program compliance.
They play a critical role in ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, carriers, and manage tasks with little to some supervision. They should be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, demonstrate integrity, respond to operational concerns, and support store objectives. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
