Job Description

Target is seeking a Style Consultant for the Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) team. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, maintaining a well-merchandised sales floor, and driving sales growth.

The Starting Hourly Rate is $17.25 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $17.25 USD - $25.90 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve and support guest needs.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization and remerchandise presentations as they sell through.
• Support price change processes and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
