Overview
Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T0928) role involves helping guests, processing transactions, and providing a high level of guest service across in-store and digital touchpoints.

- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
- Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
- Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
- Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Explain and demonstrate features within the Target App, including Wallet, and guide guests on Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
- Assist with returns following store policies, collaborating with Leadership as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace; stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
- Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance policies; report hazards and take corrective action where possible.
- Support guest services (OPU, Drive-Up, DU Returns) while ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., alcohol laws where applicable).
- Perform other duties based on business needs.
