About On‑Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On‑Demand Team Member and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.

As an On‑Demand TM, you will not be posted on the weekly schedule but will create your own by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members through the myTime mobile scheduling app.

Reliable and prompt attendance is required whenever you pick up a shift. We also ask you to pick up and work shifts at least every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Flexibility may be granted in certain circumstances, but you must respond to our attempts to contact you to confirm your interest in working shifts  you do not respond, your employment may be terminated.

Your communication and ability to work when our business demands it most are critical to your success in this role.

Should you be offered a position, you will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short‑term structured training schedule before using myTime to pick up shifts.
