The hybrid position blends social media marketing with retail associate duties. You will create and schedule content across social platforms, manage promotional campaigns, maintain an online presence, support brand consistency, and assist customers on the store floor (25% marketing, 75% retail).

• Assist with events, marketing and social media campaigns, product preparation, and handle customer trading and selling activities.
• Create content for social media across platforms in multiple formats.
• Monitor social media interactions and trends to implement them within current marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a living social media calendar.
• Actively work on the retail floor, assisting customers and performing sales associate duties.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate with strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of professional experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and current trends.
• Experience with photo and video editing software.
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and in‑store promotions).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Tik Tok Analytics).
• Experience managing advertising budgets and boosting posts effectively.
• Understanding of local marketing opportunities (community events, partnerships, influencer outreach).
• Ability to plan and schedule content calendars consistently.
• Strong creative problem‑solving skills and fresh marketing ideas that align with business goals.
• Prior retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to take on additional duties to support overall business operations.

Location:

Niles, IL 60714. Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (DOE). Type:
Full Time (35 hrs/week). In person.

Open and close shifts with holidays. Physically able to lift heavy boxes and stand for long periods.
