• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.

You play an essential role in a facility’s medical team, assisting RNs and physicians to keep patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Your key duties include:

• Charting and recording medication administration and treatment.
• Patient observation.
• Performing specific procedures, such as measuring vital signs, weight, height, and running other diagnostic tests.
• Comforting and reassuring patients.
