  • Shift: Full Time, Any Shift (2nd & 3rd Shift w/Some Flexibility)

  • Salary: $77,700 - $97,200 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities
  • The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis.
  • Maintains a safe work environment, hosts safety meetings, ensures safety compliance, shop safety inspections, and enforces lock‑out/tag‑out program.
  • Ensures equipment and plant are maintained and operating at company standards.
  • Ensures service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed timely and supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of supervisory experience, or High School Diploma/Technical School Certification with 6+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification, or Bachelor’s Degree.
