* Estimated annual base pay: $78,000(minimum) - $102,000(midpoint) - $125,000(maximum)

This role will focus on optimizing planning workflows, ensuring data integrity, and driving system enhancements within SAP IBP. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset to deliver solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Business Requirements Analysis:
Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements;
Evaluate enhancement vs. new solution options;
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.
* Documentation and Testing:
Own documentation for assigned projects;
Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure the system meets business needs and traceability.
* Solution Design and Implementation:
Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions;
Configure platform (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) modules to meet business requirements, including cross-module integration;
Ensure alignment with organizational standards and promote reuse of existing capabilities.
* Stakeholder Communication and Training:
Act as a liaison between business and IT;
Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
* System Development and Support:
Identify and resolve complex platform-related (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) issues, providing timely support to users;
Manage enhancements and bug fixes;
Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards;
Own small-to-medium development efforts;
Mentor other team members as needed.

Skills:

*** Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and functionality (Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning).
* Experience with SAP ECC or S/4

HANA integration points.
