Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7am start time

Hourly Pay Rate:
Starting at $24.30 based on experience

Position Responsibilities
  • The Administrative Assistant will provide support for IT, HR, and the wellness program by overseeing correspondence, managing filing systems, managing post on a daily basis, completing expense reports, and arranging business travel plans
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, including employee engagement forums, employee townhall meetings, and handling time sensitive correspondence
  • The Administrative Assistant schedules meetings for the leaders to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Education and qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 3 plus years of office management experience
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
