Allure Healthcare Management is a nursing home management company located in Niles, IL (Chicago), doing business for five years. We are currently managing 15 facilities located in Illinois. The company seeks an employee to ensure the office operates with ease. This is a full‑time, in‑office position.

Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Benefits include a health insurance plan and a matching 401(k).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain front desk and verify that supply orders are placed as necessary to ensure supplies are available at all times.
  • Ensure the mail is delivered to the proper departments.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor under stress and operate within customer support standards and operating procedures.
  • Update office calendar and order business cards for department heads as needed.
  • Scan in‑house files to SharePoint.
  • Perform other office duties as required.
  • Answer phones.
  • Answer the door.
  • Manage the stock room.
  • Place all orders.
  • Keep track of the conference room.
  • Mail out all the checks and all Fed Ex shipments.
  • Operate the mail machine.
  • Type correspondences.
  • Order business cards.
  • Set up PCC access for new employees.
  • Take an active role in company trainings.
  • Allow for job evolution and growth, with a review after six months.
