This us:

We are Ynvolve, an independent IT system integrator focusing on the Managed Service Provider space. We have been in business since 2006 and are headquartered in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

We are multicultural. We come from all over the world, from Brazil, Spain, Canada, and Ukraine to Vietnam, the U.S.A., France, Peru, and of course, the Netherlands. Together, we speak 25+ languages and come from 25+ different countries. Inclusiveness, diversity, and a collective drive to grow are essential to our company DNA.

We operate in more than 80 countries and have employees in 6 countries. We belong to the Infinite Group, which comprises 3 IT companies headquartered in Europe and Asia.

If you were to ask us, we would tell you that we provide sustainable IT infrastructure solutions that directly contribute to a circular economy. If you were to ask our clients, they would say we are specialists with extensive infrastructure platform knowledge around computing, storage, and networking across all technology generations.

Continuous growth is a defining part of Ynvolve's history and future. That's where you come in because we are always looking for new talent to help us build that future.

This is you:

You are in direct contact with our global client base. Depending on your experience, you could immediately lead medium-sized and large international projects from start to finish for various international customers. You create solutions for them and you support their IT infrastructure needs.

You also work with our Account Managers to develop the business with our clients, taking action on cross-sales opportunities, always aiming to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Managing your projects from A to Z includes:
  • Resource planning
  • Service Partner management
  • Reporting
  • Project administration activities
  • Streamlining internal communication
  • Building project proposals
  • Identifying and developing cross-sales opportunities to bring additional business while running a project
  • Planning and leading project meetings with customers
  • Ensuring communication (both externally and internally) is free-flowing, timely and accurate throughout all project phases

How do we define a successful project? Regardless of the size of the project, success will always be defined as the perfect execution and completion of the agreed plan on time.

Your day in the office:

Every day is unique, and you will face new challenges every day. However, this is how a day at our office could look like:

09:00 You start your day with an internal stand-up meeting, catching up with your team over a fresh cup of coffee. It’s a great moment to align on the day’s priorities and share quick updates.

09:30 You host a call with a customer in Tokyo to discuss project updates, taking advantage of the overlapping hours with the Asian time zone.

10:30 You draft a tailored commercial proposal that aligns perfectly with your client’s specific needs, ensuring it reflects their business goals.

12:30 Enjoy a lovely buffet lunch and try to master some of the 25+ languages spoken by your colleagues. A quick walk outside will give you new energy for the rest of the day.

13:30 You join a kick-off meeting with your sales colleagues to strategize the approach for a new client, ensuring a strong start for the relationship.

15:00 You plug in your headphones, play your favorite music and dive into administrative tasks and reporting, keeping your accounts and project notes up to date.

16:30 You collaborate with the engineers heading onsite tomorrow, aligning on project requirements and expectations to ensure seamless execution.

17:00 You wrap up your day a bit earlier, knowing you have a critical project call in Singapore at 06:00 tomorrow morning. Rest up and recharge!

What's in it for you:
  • Competitive salary + 8% vacation allowance.
  • A permanent contract from the beginning.
  • An attractive pension plan: the contribution rate for the pension plan is 15%, and the employee/employer split is 50/50.
  • 25 holidays per year + 1 “you” day.
  • A vibrant and inclusive work culture where your work makes a difference.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Project Management and IT Training…
