To make this happen, we’re looking for German‑speaking Customer Service Specialists who live and work anywhere in the EU and who want to help build our German customer service from the ground up. This isn’t just another customer service role; it’s a chance to help shape how Proforto enters a new market.

☀️Being the friendly, helpful voice of Proforto across phone, email, chat, Whats App and social media

💼 Advising customers about our products and services with confidence and clarity

☺️Ensuring customers feel heard, supported and helped quickly and efficiently

📞Collaborating closely with colleagues about everything related to our products

👍Handling customer questions with the perfect mix of professionalism and warmth

🚀Helping build and shape our German customer service operation from scratch bringing ideas, structure and improvements as we grow

Experience or strong affinity with customer service (phone, email, chat or face‑to‑face)
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer needs.
A naturally friendly, customer‑first mindset.
Someone who enjoys taking ownership and working independently.

• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
• Fluent German is essential
• Professional‑level English is required (Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory)
• You live and work somewhere in the European Union
