Role - Customer Service Representative (call center)We serve as trusted local advisors seeking to honor our customers, their customers, their needs, and living the golden rule as sales come through built and fostered trusted relationships.
Customer service representatives (CSR’s) are the front-line of customer care for our community, regional, and national customers.
Job OverviewOur CSR delights our clients by efficiently serving:
- Answering product and service questions (online and over the phone)
- Diagnosing service issues (triaging)
- Preparing (service) orders in detail for our in-house project management team
- Paid vacations

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions, documenting through work orders and other tools
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and maintain positive relationships
- Will have a high-school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a call-center setting / customer service role
- Works well alone with support of a team and an immediate supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and take detailed notes
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (such as Oracle Net Suite)
