Responsibilities The Crew Member's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: + Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive guest-experience + Assist customers with ordering their favorite McDonald's meals + Cook and Prepare McDonald's World-Famous food + Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun + Keep the restaurant looking fantastic Qualifications + Coachability- we want people who can listen and learn, then also coach others.
