Part-Time | 20 hours/week

We're seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to help keep our senior community clean, safe, and mobile. In this dual role, you'll handle housekeeping duties and drive our 18-passenger van, making a daily impact on the lives of our residents.

What You'll Do

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

* Clean common areas, bathrooms, and prepare vacant units

* Follow a regular cleaning schedule

* Track and report supply needs and maintenance issues

Van Driving Responsibilities:

* Transport residents safely to appointments and activities

* Maintain a clean, safe vehicle

* Provide courteous and professional service to residents

What We're Looking For

* CDL Class B license with Passenger Endorsement (required)

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1-2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

* Good communication and organizational skills

* Comfortable using a computer or tablet

* Committed to providing excellent resident service
