Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, process areas, parking areas, and perimeter fencing, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas by verifying credentials, controlling entry and exit, and directing visitors and contractors according to location requirements.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and public responders as directed.;
Complete detailed reports and logs, including patrol activity, incident documentation, and communication of security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
