Distribution Operative

We are currently looking for Distribution Operatives to join us  shift pattern for this role is 12 hour shifts, alternating days and nights.

• Work safely within a busy yard and warehouse environment, always ensuring the safety of yourself and others
• Receive, register, and put away products from production areas (extrusion and moulding)
• Replenish picking locations from bulk storage in a timely and efficient manner to prevent stock shortages
• Maintain and continuously improve stock accuracy
• Rotate stock in line with LIFO requirements
• Operate a range of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including FLT, LLOP, and VNA (training provided where required)
• Carry out general distribution duties as required, including but not limited to picking, loading, and tipping

• Previous experience within a distribution environment
• Ability to work positively within a team and form good working relationships with other team members
• A Forklift truck (FLT) licence is preferred, as well as other MHE licences
• Highly efficient, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to safe working practices
• Basic secondary education
