Job Description: As the founding Account Executive, you will take over the sales engine from the CEO to drive revenue for an AI platform transforming property management. You’ll own the full mid-market deal cycle, running tailored demos for C‑suite stakeholders and shaping the GTM strategy as the company scales its managed units 14x.

Location: Remote, UK/Europe

• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from SDR handoff to close, managing consultative 3‑6 month deals with property operators and C‑suite executives.
• Deliver high‑quality, technical product demos that translate AI capabilities into clear operational value for BTR, PBSA, and multifamily sectors.
• Partner directly with the CEO to refine pricing, positioning, and messaging while maintaining an accurate revenue forecast in the CRM.

• 3+ years of experience closing mid‑market B2B SaaS deals with a track record of running live demos and navigating complex procurement.
• Exceptional discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to build credibility with both operational and technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environment, ideally within Prop Tech, real estate, or operations‑heavy software sectors.
