Aboutthe Role
You’ll be targeting and visiting estate agents, guiding them through a simple, proven sales process (no guesswork). Your job is to listen, understand what they need, and help them take the next step. You’ll sit on discovery calls and the final decision meeting. You’ll follow up with previous prospects that cancelled or no‑showed, and ring people we have previously targeted to see how we can help them best.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values consistency, communication and integrity more than flashy persuasion or pushy sales讯网.
- Proven track record in business development with at least 2 years of experience

- Salary: £28‑30K basic with realistic OTE of £61‑63K
