About The Role
In an ever changing motor industry, our family run business is delighted to offer an opportunity for professional, hard-working, highly motivated individuals to join our team at our Bangor and Conlig showrooms. We are looking to grow the Sales team in these fast paced branches. Highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals with previous sales experience and excellent IT skills are what we are looking for.
Excellent customer service is a must with a desire not only to develop their career in the motor Industry, but to do so with the customer first always in mind. The earning potential is there for the successful candidate with an industry leading basic salary of £30,000. Full training will be given.
In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible Sales experience.
Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
Job Summary and Responsibilities- Pro‑active approach to prospecting and lead management
- Guiding potential customers through our sales process, hassle free, and helping present them with all the information they need to choose the right vehicle for them
- Marketing of vehicles including but not limited to: photographing, virtual walk around videos, social media videos
- Knowledge of social media platforms and using them to help promote and generate sales
- A good understanding of vehicle finance and must be transparent in relation to finance products
- Forecourt and stock maintenance on a daily basis
- Complete all training as required
- Maintain all paperwork in a compliant and orderly manner and follow company processes
- A passion for our brand and the highest level of customer service
- Good work ethic and be willing to take instruction
- The right attitude towards learning and have a desire to succeed within our business
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a selling role
- Experience with in a franchised car dealership desirable but not essential
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- IT literacy as essential
- Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard
- Ability to present information in an informative and comprehensive way
- Team player mentality whilst still achieving personal targets
- Time management skills, punctual and organised
- Industry leading basic salary of £30,000 OTE £50,000
- Successful completion of training and accreditation leading to Commission package
